Are You Ready For Some Football?

One of my favorite sports to watch is NFL Football so it is THAT time of year for my predictions. One woman I met here asked – if I had to choose between watching a football game or sex which one would I do? I’m no fool – sex while football is on in the background of course.

I love watching football because the pace is just about right for watching on TV. Baseball and golf are too slow. In football I like to see how a play develops, or not, and how the other team reacts. The varying strategies, and varying abilities of the opposing players make it more interesting than other sports. And yes the hits, there used to be a segment on the ESPN Monday Night pregame show called “Jacked Up”. It showed some of the hardest hits of the weekend – I miss that.

My team is the RAIDERS – “JUST WIN BABY!” The AZ Cardinals are a lot better than they used to be. I am not a native Arizonan but they are good with me too. Who are your teams?

I root against the Pats . . . why you ask? The “tuck play”, DeflateGate (you were caught cheating and didn’t man up). Also, the Cowturds mostly because of Jerry the jerk and of course the Broncettes. Who do you root against?

If you had to choose between watching your favorite team’s game or sex which one would you choose?

My choice for the Thursday game is
Panthers v Broncos Panthers

I will post up the rest of the games in a day or so. And BTW, I will pick games for sex.

The Things We Say: Oral Sex

Oral: adjective - of or relating to the mouth. Some things to ponder.

There have been postings here suggesting that “oral sex” is not really sex. The term “oral sex” itself sufficiently answers that question – at least for me. But, . . . kissing is an oral act too. And another question that is sometimes asked here is: “Do you kiss after oral sex?

Given that, is kissing after giving head to, or eating out your partner not also part of the oral sex act? You most likely exchange juices in the said “oral sex” kiss. That makes it seem like kiss(es) are part of the act. Soooo . . . would it could it should it similarly follow that kissing before sex could be considered part of “oral sex”?

When people “eat out” it is a reference to going out to dinner. But is it really eating out if you “eat out” your partner at home?

It has been said that if you eat things that are sweet (pineapple & strawberries are most often mentioned) it will make your sexual juices taste sweeter. So does it follow that if you eat someone who is sweet you in turn will taste sweeter?

When a woman (or whomever) is “giving head” to a guy the woman is actually receiving said head into her mouth. Also, the guy has to “get it up” so the woman can “go down“ on him.

By now you may be able to see why I don’t/can’t write erotic stories. I would have trouble with the “poetic license” involved in writing them. That brings up another question, or 2: Where does one get a poetic license? Is it a state or federal thing? Is there a test? Do you need to get a poetic learners permit first? Do you have to carry the license when you are writing? Are poetic license pictures as bad as driver’s license pictures? Are there insurance requirements? What happens if you are in a poetic wreck? Do you break your cadence? Is writing a Hi-ku considered writing while under the influence?

Well, I’m glad I got this lil romp through the English and sexual languages off my mind and into yours . . . You’re welcome.

‘I it from the west, I’m pimpin a blogger in the east.
I a blogger who is one of the best. I be pimpin'.

Again, my sincere apologies to Clarence Carter for bastardizing his classic song.

Disclaimer: Let me say up front, this blogger has become a good friend. She is smart, witty and gets the point of things. Of course that in no way affects the opinion stated here . . . well maybe just a little.

Like MissK she gets that the blogs, and the site overall, are a tool for bringing people together and not for creating animosities.

The blogger is [blog BiggLala] her post is [post 3873074]

I encourage people here who are looking for interesting and thoughtful and humorous posts to check out Lala.

I believe this is the point in this post where I once again drop the mic.

My sincere apologies to Clarence Carter for bastardizing his classic song.

Disclaimer: Let me say up front that I have a serious blog crush on this lovely lady. She is intelligent, witty, kind and . . . did I mention lovely. But those things in no way affect the opinion stated here.

She seems to get that the blogs, and the site overall, are a tool for bringing people together and not for creating imaginary and useless walls between people. Her posts are thoughtful and nicely written. With all the negativity happening around here she has remained above the fray.

During a recent skirmish she came up with an excellent idea and carried it out. A series of posts no one has done since I started blogging. She interviewed other bloggers and posted those interviews on her blog. She also included other bloggers in the process by asking them to suggest questions to ask of the blogger to be interviewed. Positive and inclusive – what a concept.

The blogger is [blog misskissin]

I encourage people here who are looking for interesting and thoughtful and humorous and sometimes arousing posts to check MK out. Oh did I mention that she is gorgeous too.

I believe this is the point in this post where I drop the mic.

I wanted the title my first post after being gone for a few months to be something like . . . “I’m baaaaak”. But NOOOOOOOOOO ! ! !

Ohhh . . . myyy . . . fucking . . . gaaawwwd! ! ! Jeaaasus H (H stands for Horatio BTW) fucking Christ! ! ! WT ever loving, mutha humpin F? Can’t a guy go away, have a bit of a friggin “personal crisis” without having a bunch of people screw the pooch and shit the bed at the same time? Mop up in aisle 9 please! ! ! On a positive note, I have to admit it is impressive to see that a number of people here can multitask like that.

I wondered if there was some sort of astrological convergence making everyone frigging nuts. Well, it turns out there actually is/was according to an Astrologer friend of mine. He said Pluto, the demoted mini-planet not the cartoon dog, is pulling some Mickey Mouse astro-pranks on all of us.

Some of the stuff I’ve read or heard about makes the Carbonated one look like a peddle powered angel . . . and NO it ain’t no angel.

Do I have to come over to each of your virtual houses and spank you? . . . Uhmmm OK, dumb question on an “adult” site – that wouldn’t be a punishment for some of y’all.

Please note that the Unsuccessful Strategies image is courtesy of Author

OK, enough with my righteous indignation. I don’t want to rant about this right now.

What I want to do is give mad props to a blogger who I love reading and whom I would love to meet – one of several bloggers who remained above the fray. Stay tuned.

Remembering A Good Guy - Boris4772

As Lala has told y’all [blog Boris4772] suddenly passed away Friday [post 3867347] – a sad day for A*F*F/Pazzion blogville. B was one of the bloggers I have talked to by phone and the calls were usually pretty funny. We first connected based on a post I did about my friend who passed due to an alcohol problem Alcohol amp Final Lap, Boris had a friend in a similar situation. He and I agreed on most things but not all, but we didn’t take any of it too seriously, we laughed at most of the dumb stuff that happens here. This is just blogging between people who are essentially strangers ya know. One thing I recall was the first time we talked, he sounded like a guy imitating Johnny Carson – “Heeey Ooohhh”. I thought he was putting on an act, but it lasted for the whole 2 – 3 hour conversation. I asked Lala (a.k.a. “Carmen”) if he was yankin me, but no that was how he sounded.

Aloha brudda, peace and rest easy B.

Women’s Intuition Question
Posted:May 9, 2016 5:40 pm
Last Updated:Aug 13, 2016 2:41 pm

First, this is not aimed at any one person. It is based on some things I have read here and some personal experiences. I am curious about the phenomenon known as “women’s intuition”.

I’ve read a lot of posts in my time here where some women complain about what some men do, or fail to do, that surprises and/or hurts her. It seems like in a number of those situations the woman could have avoided the problem if they had used their intuition to see/feel that things were not as they seemed, or were told, they were. Because of those posts and things that have happened between me and some women I know - I am curious about this thing.

It seems to me, admittedly a fairly ignorant guy on this phenomenon, that a significant number of women do not use this resource (or power). Is this true and if so why don’t they use it? Do you use or trust or believe in “women’s intuition'?

Also, how good, perceptive, or strong, is a woman's intuition when it comes to encountering and possibly getting together with a new guy?

I do realize this is probably going to be different from woman-to-woman.

Update: A number of people have referred to a "gut" feeling. That is sometimes how I (a male) get an idea on something. What I don't also know is . . . how and/or where women feel their intuitions?

The Most Frustrating Things About Blogging Here

I imagine others have a number of frustrations in regard to blogging here.

My 2 main frustrations are, in no particular order:

Mind numbingly negative people and posts. They seem to have caused the loss, IMO, of a number of interesting bloggers who have left in the 15 months I have been blogging. Unfortunately that seems to be the nature of anti-social media and the inter/web/nets.

There are a number of intelligent, sweet, sexy and lovely women who I would love to meet. No I won’t name them on a post but you should all know who you are - all of you live far away. But you are also one of the few reasons I stay here.

I just watched a report on what many of our congressional “representatives” (from both parties) spend a great deal of their time doing. It should not be surprising that it is not working on the genuine issues (the economy/jobs, terrorism crime, etc.) that need to be addressed. It is spend telemarketing for donations to go to PACs (Political Action Committees) a.k.a. special interest groups. If you spend half of your work week calling people and asking them for money how long would you be employed?

You, as a citizen of the USA, are paying your congressional “representatives” (employee) to raise money for various political reasons. Some Members of Congress spend as much as 30 hours per week soliciting campaign contributions. This has come about due to the SCOTUS Citizens United decision, which effectively allows unlimited amounts of money to be spent on political campaigns. Have you received any money from your rep? If not it is because regular working citizens of the US are not benefiting by these practices.

There is a bill in Congress designed to curtail this waste of time Congress is perpetrating on the citizens. It is H.R. 4443.

I can’t say I am as big of a fan of Prince as I am/was of The Eagles but I certainly did enjoy a lot of his music.

In my tribute to Glenn Frey Soundtrack Of My Life R I P Glenn Frey I spoke of having refreshing beverages at a local bar (The Oar House/Buffalo Chips) where my friends and I misspent a lot of our youth. A couple of the songs they played to get the crowd going were Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy” and “1999” - they sure did get us going. So I can suggest to you that I “grew up” listening to Prince.

1999 is one song that gets cranked so the people in the next town over get pissed off . . . so sue me if it is way too loud.

R I P Prince . . . oopps outta time

Music brings us together better than many other social phenomenon. Unfortunately this is another opportunity for people to reflect on the Soundtrack of their lives and as I wrote on The Soundtrack of YOUR Life What Is Yours it would be cool to hear yours.

It is this one [post 3813392]

I agree with Bob . . . and don't get why any one blogger needs to say anything about another person (blogger or otherwise). I do know there is a ton of judgment (insecurities/fear) here. I tend to stay away from the originators, the person(s) who 'fire back' at a perceived slight AND especially those who take sides. All participants in the 'wars' are as guilty as the instigators. Sadly some (not all) of the people who do this have shown the capability of writing interesting posts too.

The ongoing wars and judgment of what people say or do is incredibly ignorant and boring, which is one reason why I am here less ad less. I am not on FarceBook for the same reasons. My post M A D addressed what the blog war phenomenon has made the place into.

For clarity “Blog war” as defined on the ‘Urban Dictionary’.
Blog postings that subtly and passive aggressively take a shot at someone else, based on their blog postings.

My definition of “blog war”, and very likely that of most others, since there seems to be a difference of opinions is: A war of words between at least 2 bloggers over some aspect of their participation on the blog or the site. The wars here are most often over petty “issues”.

Participant: any person or persons who are not the original aggressors but fuel and or participate in the aggression.

My advise to Bob was going to be . . . . DUCK ! ! ! but I see he already has. Bob has EARNED my respect

Motivation ?

We all know fear (in a variety of forms) has been and is sometimes/often used as a motivator of people. So the questions are . . .

Does it produce the best possible result(s) versus other forms of motivation?

Are there unintended consequences of using fear to motivate people?

Do you enjoy seeing people being motivated by fear?

Do you enjoy/appreciate/like being motivated by fear?

Do you produce better results with other forms of motivation?

Is fear the best possible motivator of people?

Do you know in what forms fear displays itself?
